•  By purchasing a puppy from Rosedale Doodles you agree to our terms and Conditions
  • Your puppy has been vet checked and is believed to be in good health, we advise you take it to your own vet for a general health check within two working days of purchase. This vet check and any tests or examinations associated with it are at your own expense. If your vet finds any life threatening problems with the puppy and provides written explanation of their concerns or diagnosis, Rosedale Doodles will take back and refund the purchase price in full providing it is returned within two working days of purchase and it is in the same state of health as it was sold. Any treatment done by your vet is at your own expense.
  • If your puppy has any symptoms of illness you should take it straight to your vets.
  • The size of the puppy will grow, and length of coat as an adult is only an estimate based on our experience and traits recognition.  No guarantees can be made as to an adult size.
  • Rosedale Doodles assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, landlord’s disapproval, allergy or any other undesirable circumstances.
  • We make NO guarantee to the finished dog coat colour, colours can and do change from their puppy colour. Black puppies occasionally turn silver; there is usually an indication of this quite young.
  • We make NO guarantees that the fleece will remain fleece or wool will remain wool, this is quite common for this to change.
  • We have up to this point been 100% successful with breeding non shedding puppies, we will do our best to maintain the non -shedding aspect, but accept no responsibility if a puppy were to shed.
  • All our puppies are sold as pets and not breeding animals.
  • If you are no longer able to assume responsibility for your puppy, we will be happy to take the puppy back free of charge and find a suitable home for it.
  • All puppies have been health checked, wormed, flea treated and had first vaccination by a licensed vet and are supplied with a vaccine card.  It is your responsibility to get the second vaccination by your vet and keep the puppy in, in your house and garden and away from other dogs until 1-2 weeks after you get the second vaccination as advised by your vet.
